About Me

I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, in summer of 2023. While I had a successful professional career. Things seemed ok from the outside but I constantly felt pverwhelmed, tired and sometimes emotionally exhausted.
Then I engaged an ADHD coach. Coaching for me was a journey of self-awareness and understanding of ADHD and how my mind works. It was such a transformation to work with my brain rather than constantly trying to fit in with others. I then decided that I want to help others make similar transformation. I enrolled at JST Coaching & Training,, a recognized leader in student coaching and ADHD/executive function coaching. Through this rigorous, research-based program, I received specialized training in life coaching and ADHD/neurodiversity coaching.
I integrate my coaching with my education and professional experience.I graduated with a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering followed by an M.B.A. I have worked in engineering, management consulting, IT consulting, project management and not-for-profit organzations.
